Translation is a huge component of bringing our world together and building global businesses and partnerships. Anyone who has taken a language course or has friends abroad they’d like to communicate with, will likely have used Google Translate at some point in their life. Of course, no translation app will be perfect, considering a single word can have so many different contexts – but out of them all, Google Translate is widely considered the best.

Now, Google has updated their translation app so it can translate conversations in real-time. The app can translate speech, and even has a camera mode to translate signs.

Currently, the app only translates from English to Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Russian, with more languages coming soon.

For a look at the new Google Translate real-time app, check out the video below!
