The flexibility of the schedule makes it possible to do things like working a full time job, staying involved in your kids lives, or even get another degree at the same time. All things you wouldn’t have been able to do had you opted to attend a traditional school.

There are a few things you want to keep in mind before you enroll in an online engineering program. Make sure that program has included courses that will provide you with extensive online CAD courses. Take a few minutes to make sure the program has been properly accredited. Before enrolling in a program, talk to people who regularly hire engineers and find out what their initial reaction is when they here that someone attended the school that you are considering.
